The Dink Tank, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a pickleball club, providing memberships, bookings, events, and related services. Our website, dinktankpickle.com, serves as an informational and transactional platform for our customers.

To facilitate reservations, payments, and scheduling, we use PodPlay Technologies, a third-party platform. When utilizing PodPlay Technologies, users are also subject to PodPlay Technologies' Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, use, and security within their platform.

The Dink Tank does not control PodPlay Technologies' data practices and is not responsible for any failures, breaches, or disputes related to data processed by PodPlay Technologies. Any questions regarding their data practices must be directed to feedback@podplay.com

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

We retain personal data as follows:

  • Membership and transaction records: Stored for compliance, tax, and operational reasons.

  • Website interactions (comments, profiles, inquiries): Retained indefinitely unless deleted by the user.

  • Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.

  • If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.

  • If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

FACILITY USAGE & LIABILITY WAIVERS

Waiver Requirement:
All members, visitors, and participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activities at The Dink Tank. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of pickleball and releases The Dink Tank, LLC from liability for injuries, property damage, or accidents occurring on the premises.

 

Facility Conduct:

  • The Dink Tank reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for violations of facility rules, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct.

  • Guests must comply with all facility guidelines and posted rules.

  • Failure to adhere to safety policies may result in ejection without refund.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

We may link to third-party websites, including PodPlay Technologies and Stripe. We do not control their data collection practices and encourage users to review their privacy policies before sharing information.

SECURITY MEASURES

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect user data, including:

  • SSL encryption for secure transactions.

  • Access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Regular security audits to detect and address vulnerabilities.
